Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and Rumble advertising technology. These providers may receive information about your device and activity on this site and may use that information for analytics, measurement, attribution, and advertising in accordance with their own privacy policies.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy or advertising controls offered by these providers. Blocking some technologies may affect certain site features or our ability to measure campaign performance.
How we share information
We may share information with:

- Analytics and advertising partners, including the providers identified above, for measurement, attribution, and campaign advertising.
- Affiliated and aligned organizations, including our affiliates, coalition members, partner campaigns, nonprofit or public-interest organizations, and other organizations working with us or supporting similar issues. These organizations may use the information for their own advocacy, outreach, fundraising, research, mobilization, advertising, and communications, subject to applicable law.

- A successor organization in connection with a reorganization, transfer, or continuation of the campaign, subject to applicable law.
The sharing described above may include personal information you submit and is not limited to aggregated or de-identified information. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you. An organization that receives information for its own purposes may handle that information under its own privacy policy.
Consent to communications
If you provide a telephone number or email address through this site, a social-media or lead-generation form, or another channel that links to this policy, and affirmatively submit that information, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages, prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, and emails concerning this campaign, related issues or efforts, fundraising, and opportunities to take action. Communications may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
This consent applies to communications from Public Interest, LLC, organizations identified in or near the form you submit, our affiliated and aligned organizations, coalition and outreach partners, and agents or service providers contacting you at their request or on their behalf. It applies to any telephone number or email address you provide, including a number listed on a federal, state, or other Do Not Call registry, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may revoke your consent at any time. Reply STOP to a text message to stop texts from that sender, use an unsubscribe link to stop emails from that sender, or tell a caller to place you on the sender’s internal Do Not Call list. A revocation will apply to the sender that receives it and may not automatically opt you out of communications from a different organization with which your information was shared. We and the applicable sender may retain a record of your request to help honor it.
Other privacy choices
You may decline to submit the campaign form. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies and use controls made available by our analytics and advertising partners. We may retain information when required for legal, security, recordkeeping, or fraud-prevention purposes, including information needed to maintain suppression and opt-out records.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including campaign, legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was submitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices, technologies, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after an update is subject to the revised policy.
